Leadership Circle
Deep Connect Series

We are at an inflection point in the history of humanity, a point at which the relationships we have with each other and with the planet are in crisis. There are two paths forward: breakdown or breakthrough.

In this moment, leaders are challenged not only to lead through volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA), but to create together a movement that contributes to the breakthrough—a thriving, equitable, and inclusive future for all.

Welcome to the Deep Connect video series, where we explore the emergent paradigm of Unity In-Formed Integral Leadership. This paradigm is founded on a new integration of the fundamental nature of reality, combining quantum sciences and the world’s spiritual and healing traditions with leadership and organizational transformation theory and practice.

The future of leadership is integral. If we are to move into this post-conventional level of leadership, we need a post-conventional interpretation (a complete rewrite) of our understanding of the nature of reality and what we are as human beings. The thought leaders featured in this series are mapping out this new paradigm and building the new foundation for our future.
